We Can't Handle This, Ya'll

So it was 80 degrees on Monday and it's a nice chilly 30 degrees today. They are calling for snow in the next couple days - a "once every few years" kind of occurrence down in these parts. In fact, our power went out this morning when the mercury hit a nice balmy 42 degree mark outside; I guess it doesn't take much to bring down Texas power distribution. As our house interior crept into the 60s, we remembered Landon has a fleece suit we bought a couple months ago. At least he got to wear it once!


The power was restored within a couple hours. Right about the time we were abandoning ship to go roam around the Walmart to stay warm.
